C.I.P. Citizens In Power (CIP) is a non-profit educational and research organization. It is a leading organization in Cyprus in the fields of global education, social innovation, citizen engagement, entrepreneurship, STEM, clean energy, and sustainable growth. CIP has been involved in more than 100 EU-funded projects, including KA2, AMIF, ENI CBC Med, COSME, CERV, PRIMA, and Horizon Europe.&nbsp;CIP is an expert in dissemination, exploitation, open living labs, policy impact workshops, web platforms, market analysis, policy advisory, disaster monitoring, quality assurance, transfer of innovation, and social impact assessment. To achieve these targets, CIP has established ongoing collaborations with leading universities, NGOs, research organizations and high-profile stakeholders both in Cyprus and abroad.&nbsp;Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the role:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support with HR related matter·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of events and communication activities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and implement communication plans, social media promotions, and digital campaigns·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Align communication activities and events with communication and marketing objectives·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the implementation of a web/online presence strategy·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create compelling and engaging content across all of the organization’s channels, including its website, blogs, video, social media, email communication, press releases, and newsletters·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support projects to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including campaigns, events, and dissemination reports·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Use measurable analytics to adjust strategies and make informed decisions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor, report, and analyze results to evaluate and enhance SEO performance·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and deliver project presentations in Greek and English to diverse target audiences·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online communicationRequirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s and master’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or any other related/applicable area</li><li>At least two years of experience in a communications position; a portfolio of relevant previous projects is highly preferred</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek</li><li>Robust proofreading and editorial capabilities with keen attention to detail</li><li>Ability to create effective social media strategies and manage multiple social media accounts</li><li>Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CANVA is considered an advantage</li><li>Demonstrable knowledge in any of the following domains: Social Media – Digital Marketing, Communications and event planning, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM</li><li>Experience in identifying target audiences and devising promotional and awareness-raising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.</li><li>Interest in subjects related to SDGs, digital transformation, education, inclusion, social justice, and innovation</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sense of initiative and excellent time management skills<ul><li>Outstanding teamwork and coordination aptitude</li></ul>Remuneration<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates, depending on qualifications and experience.</li><li>Work with positive social and environment impact</li><li>Mentoring</li><li>Travel &amp; Training Opportunities</li><li>Medical Coverage</li><li>Pension Scheme</li><li>Free Parking</li><li>Hybrid Work Model</li><li>Summer Fridays (reduced 6-hour workday)</li></ul>&nbsp;Application SubmissionAll the interested candidates are kindly requested to send their CV along with a cover letter to CIP’s Management Team at finance@citizensinpower.org.&nbsp;All applications and information provided during the recruitment process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.We would like to note that only those applicants who are shortlisted will be contacted and invited for an interview.&nbsp;For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail.&nbsp;Deadline for submissions: 31/06/2025We look forward to working with you!&nbsp;Contact details:C.I.P.
